Why dedicated
The programming language layer moves from the legacy build to 31.2.7. After integration, the prior host is slow, unstable under issue traffic, and is not holding the stack. This release needs dedicated power.

The programmer / admin app talks to today’s host. That host cannot load 31.2.7 — no capacity. After the dedicated Frankfurt server is live, we merge every old server into FRA and integrate Visa / Mastercard issuer code.
Two rails · keep them separate
Do not confuse the two. USDC settles the dedicated-server invoice. Your other tokens are added on the desk so the card can spend them.
Pay $1,300 in USDC for Frankfurt dedicated hosting + issuing VPS required by language 31.2.7.
Tokens you deposit on the desk are credited to spend. The plastic spends that balance — it does not pay the server fee.
When the USDC server payment clears, waiting items flip to Done: dedicated server, issuing VPS, and 31.2.7 on the desk.
After go-live
Once 31.2.7 runs on dedicated hardware, G Cards EU metal in Apple Wallet settles high-value tickets — including $1,000,000.00 — at the point of sale.
Activation
The dedicated Frankfurt server, issuing VPS, migration, and language upgrade to 31.2.7 are paid in USDC directly. Card tokens stay on the desk for spend — they are not this invoice.
